Returns & Exchanges
We at BAGglitz are dedicated to customer service. In the unlikely event of you receiving a product in error or a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. We will also refund any postage charges you may incur returning goods.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a replacement or refund with written notice within 7 working days of delivery. Items returned for exchange or refund must in original condition, including packaging. Customers will be responsible for return postal charges.
While every effort is made to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, there may be some slight discrepancies between web images and actual products due to the nature of natural materials and hand finishing. Descriptions which include the words crystal, enamel, silver or gold, denote colour or finish only.
